Learning about the ocean is the most important thing in surfing, the currents, the tides, the sandbars and the weather are all major aspects of learning to surf!

The results of a lifetime well spent at the beach, in the water, and traveling the seven seas has created the experiences and skills that set the Lopez Surf School  apart and creates the safe, fun environment that facilitates learning to surf and enjoying all the beach has to offer.

We love to surf and be at the beach. It is why we started and why we are still passionately participating and teaching surfing to this day. That energy is not forgotten whether it's the first time standing up or getting a perfect wave in Hawaii.
